Terms of Service

This Terms of Service is a binding contract between you and DEMAVIAS, LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

Services means the B2B Lead Generation and Campaign Automation Platform.
Content means all data processed or generated through the Services.
User Content means any data you upload or provide.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter this Agreement.

3. Description of Services

The Services are a SaaS platform for automated B2B marketing intelligence and lead generation.

4. Fees and Payment

Access may require Fees as specified in your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable and in U.S. Dollars.

5. User Content and Conduct

You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use User Content to provide the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Company owns all rights in the Services, workflows, and Outputs.

7. Data Privacy

We process Personal Data per our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

9. Limitation of Liability

AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

10. Governing Law

Governed by Delaware law. Disputes via binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE.
